GENERAL INFORMATION
WHAT DO I NEED TO RENT A VEHICLE?
Cars: You need to be a minimum of 21 years old, have had a driver's license for at least 2 years, a passport or ID card, and a credit card or cash to pay the deposit. To rent a car in Spain you have to have a valid driving license.
Scooters: Be at least 18 years old, have your passport or ID, a credit card or cash to pay the deposit and your driver's license. To rent a motorcycle in Spain you need to have a valid driving license.
Electric bicycles and scooters: Passport or ID, credit card or cash to pay the deposit.
WHAT IS THE POLICY REGARDING FUEL?
You must fill the tank to the same level as it was when you rented the vehicle or you will be charged the difference when returning the vehicle, plus a €20 administration fee.
CAN I LEAVE THE ISLAND OF IBIZA WITH THE VEHICLE?
The vehicle may not leave the island of Ibiza (and may not be transported to Formentera). Such circumstances automatically cancel the insurance .
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT SHOW UP?
If you do not show up to pick up the vehicle on the indicated date and do not notify the company, you will lose the reservation and the full amount.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE TO ME?
Once you arrive at the office you can pay the total amount in cash, or by credit or debit card (VISA or MASTERCARD or AMEX).
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DO NOT RETURN THE VEHICLE ON TIME?
The customer agrees to return the vehicle on the date indicated in the contract. LCT ALQUILER grants a courtesy time of 1 hour to return the vehicle free of charge, then 1 day of rental will be charged.
MOTO/SCOOTER INSURANCE
RCA basic insurance - Deposit €150.00
CAR INSURANCE
CLASSIC INSURANCE: Covers damage to people and car up to €300,00
For any other damage greater than €300,00, the difference will be charged from the customer.

FULL INSURANCE: €300,00 deposit + €20,00 per day.
For any other damage greater than €300,00, only the deductible will be lost.
